Wolverhampton will be aiming to bounce back from a 1-0 loss to Aston Villa when they take on Chelsea in a midweek fixture. The Wolves should have grabbed something from the Villa clash, but Jack Grealish and Co. eventually scored the winner in the stoppage time. Raul Jimenez will be once again sorely missed in Tuesday’s clash, and we do not believe that there is a big value in betting on the Wolves.
The Blues, on the other hand, failed to impress in a 1-0 loss to Everton at Goodison Park. Frank Lampard’s troops have been struggling in front of goal in matched against top-table sides, and, taking everything into account, a low-scoring affair is on the cards at Molineux Stadium. The likes of Pulisic, Ziyech, and Hudson-Odoi are all likely to miss the game through injuries for the visitors. In their last meeting in the Premier League Chelsea defeated Wolverhampton 2-0.
