After coming from two goals behind to beat Celtic 4-2, Milan will be looking to overtake Lille in top position in Group H when they take on Sparta Prague at Generali Ceska pojistovna Arena. The Rossoneri have been producing excellent displays in both Serie A and Europa League, and they are likely to stick to their attacking style of play against Sparta. The Czechs have nothing to play for in Thursday’s clash, and given the importance of the match for the Serie A outfit, away win should be considered.
The likes of Kjaer, Ibrahimovic, and Rafael Leao are all likely to miss the game with injury, but Stefano Pioli has strength in depth. Sparta Prague defender Ondrej Celustka is sidelined through suspension, while several first-team regulars are likely to miss the match through injuries. Ante Rebic is widely expected to lead the line for the visitors.
