Southampton will be looking to build on a 3-1 win over Watford when they face Manchester City at their St. Mary’s Stadium on Matchday 33. The Saints moved one step closer to securing the EPL survival, with Danny Ings impressing once again. The former Liverpool man has been scoring goals for fun this season, and, no doubt, all eyes will be on him when Southampton take on Pep Guardiola’s troops on Sunday.
The Citizens aim to cement second position in the standings, and the good news for the visitors is that Fernandinho returns from suspension. Kun Aguero remains in the recovery room, but away win should be considered as Southampton suit Man City. In each of their last seven games in all competitions the Citizens emerged triumphant, which is probably the main reason why we are tempted to put our money on Pep Guardiola’s men.
