Experienced attacker Fabio Quagliarella, who scored his tenth goal of the season at the weekend, is likely to lead the line for the hosts. Cagliari, on the other hand, failed to impress in a goalless draw with Lecce.
The Rossoblu have little to play for in the season finale, and seeing that Sampdoria are eager to escape the danger zone, home win should be considered.
