Our prediction for this Scottish Premiership match:
Kilmarnock will be aiming to record their first win of the season when they take on St. Johnstone at Rugby Park on Saturday. The Killie shared the spoils with Ross County on the road in midweek, and, no doubt, they are eager to return to winning ways. Experienced winger Chris Burke, who found the net in the midweek clash, is likely to pose a big threat for the opposition defenders.
The Saints, on the other hand, failed to spoil Rangers’ party at Ibrox Stadium, with the team remaining in the relegation zone in the Premiership standings. St. Johnstone are not regarded as good travellers, and given the importance of the match for Kilmarnock, home win should definitely be considered. Even though forward Michael O’Halloran returns from suspension for the visitors, we are tempted to put our money on the Killie this time out.
