Out-of-form Hull City take on Charlton Athletic in their first game after the coronavirus break. The Tigers have been struggling at the back in the second half of the season, with the team conceding 16 goals in total in the previous five league fixtures. Since there will be no spectators at KCOM Stadium due to the fierce of coronavirus spread, we do not believe that there is a big value in betting on the hosts.
It has to be noted that Kevin Stewart, whose deal with Hull City expires at the end of this month, is likely to play against Charlton after overcoming a head injury. The capital club, on the other hand, are on a three-game losing run in the Championship ahead of the trip to Yorkshire. Lee Bowyer’s troops are eager to escape the relegation zone, and given Hull City’s form in the second half of the season, the visitors will not have a better chance than this to do so.
