Ostersunds
Friends Arena will host Thursday’s football match between AIK and Ostersunds. The capital club aim to make amends for a 3-1 loss to Mjallby, and they are surely capable of matching Ostersunds in the midweek clash. AIK continue with their habit of producing much better showings at home than on the travels, and given Ostersunds’ form in the first half of the season, home win should be considered.
The rock-bottom side are on a seven-game winless run in the Swedish top flight, and we not believe that they are capable of spoiling AIK’s party at Friends Arena. In their last meeting in the national championship AIK recorded a 3-1 win over Ostersunds, which is yet another reason why we are tempted to put our money on the hosts.
